Prepare comprehensive meeting packs with agenda items, notes and documents. SC Spheres supports PDF, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel, CSV and image files. Documents can be viewed on the platform as well as downloaded for use in other applications. PDF, Word and Powerpoint documents have rich annotation features including notes, highlighting and freehand drawing. Notes can be shared and commented on to facilitate discussion. Printable PDFs of meeting packs can be generated for users that prefer a paper pack.

SC Spheres supports the electronic signing of documents and allows the signing of confidential documents with full encryption to ensure confidentiality. Any user with administration rights can request a signature from one or more users on the platform. Users can either create or upload a signature and the signature(s) will be stored on the platform for the future use by the user.

SC Spheres supports multi-way chat and file sharing in a fully encrypted environment. Participants in a chat discussion are notified of an entry via email with a link to the chat. Participants can load files and comment on files loaded by others in the discussion. The discussion is retained as a record of the interaction on the platform. Users’ access to the discussion is controlled by the administrator.
