From the team behind SC Spheres

SC Scribe

Turn meeting recordings into structured, transcript-backed minutes. Upload audio or video, add an agenda or previous minutes if available, then review, refine, and export the final record.
Available free and designed with SC Spheres clients and users especially in mind.

Formal minutes

Designed for business, board, committee, compliance, and governance meetings.

Transcript-backed review

Keep the media player, transcript, draft minutes, and chat in one focused workspace.

Record-keeping focus

Capture decisions, actions, owners, deadlines, uncertainties, and follow-up questions.
Workflow

From recording to final minutes

SC Scribe reduces the manual drafting effort without removing human review. The draft is grounded in the transcript, and the user remains in control of corrections, refinements, and final export.

Reviewing documents

Secure processing

Keep processing transient

Processing is positioned around short-lived handling, browser-local recovery, and explicit opt-in diagnostics.
