This page describes third-party providers used in connection with the public SC Spheres website. It does not describe providers used to operate the SC Spheres application. Additional information is available in the Website Privacy Notice.
Linode provides infrastructure used to host and serve the SC Spheres public website.
Personal information processed:Website access log information, including IP addresses, request URLs, timestamps, user-agent details, referrers, response statuses and similar request metadata.
Where processing takes place:Website hosting and access log processing takes place in the hosting region used for the SC Spheres website infrastructure.
AWS Simple Email Service (SES) is used to send website trial request emails to SC Spheres personnel.
Personal information processed:Names, email addresses, organisation names and message content included in website trial requests.
Where processing takes place:Website trial request emails are sent through the AWS Europe (Ireland) (eu-west-1) region.
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are used for website analytics only where the visitor has accepted analytics. Google Maps is embedded on the contact page.
Personal information processed:Analytics identifiers, page views, usage events, device and browser information, approximate location information and other information generated through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Google Maps when those services are loaded.
Where processing takes place:Google may process this information in countries where Google or its sub-processors maintain facilities, subject to Google's applicable data protection terms and transfer mechanisms.
OpenAI is used to provide responses through the SC Spheres website chat feature.
Personal information processed:Website chat messages and related conversation context submitted by the visitor.
Where processing takes place:OpenAI may process website chat information in locations where OpenAI or its sub-processors operate, subject to OpenAI's applicable data protection terms.
The SC Spheres website may also receive trial requests or enquiries submitted by visitors. Those communications may be handled through SC Spheres business communication systems and should be read together with the Website Privacy Notice.
